DINA SAWYER
Dina comes to Pointe Barre Studio with over 20 years experience in women's health and wellness. Through her years as a Labor and Delivery nurse and Certified Childbirth Educator she has supported, encouraged, and witnessed hundreds of women call on and discover their inner strength through movement, mindfulness and breath.
Using this same practice at the barre, Dina hopes to encourage those on their fitness journey to find inspiration within themselves as they too call on, discover, and celebrate their inner strength. She will be there to cheer you on and celebrate with you!
Dina believes whatever form of fitness you chose it needs to make you smile! Finding joy in your hard work and surrounding yourself with positive people and energy is key to the practice of self love! Smile, find your strength, work hard, love yourself! You. are. worth. it!
LIZ CHAPLAIN
Liz comes to Pointe Barre Studio with a background in theatre and elementary education. As a mom to an energetic and inquisitive son who was suddenly in school, she decided it was important to invest in her mind, body and soul. Nervous, tentative and unsure of herself, Liz walked into her first barre class and instantly fell in love with the practice. The abundance of positivity, acceptance and love that flowed through the class was truly a gift.
As a firm believer in spreading positivity, joy and love, Liz is passionate about using the practice of barre to do just that. Through her teaching, Liz will always encourage you to embrace who you are and to believe that you are beautiful, strong and worthy. So, let it shine through your heart space for all to see!

MOIRA BROUILARD
m
Sheila initially picked up a yoga practice as a cross-training activity for other sports, and it transpired into a powerful tool for building inner strength, physical strength, and thoughtful self-study. She believes that yoga is a powerful accountability tool to check-in mentally, physically, and emotionally, and also to flex the muscles of mindfulness on and off the mat. She teaches yoga to empower others on their individual path and to create a platform for an hour of unapologetic self-care and exploration. Classes are thoughtfully designed to incorporate a flow of breath and movement, challenge your balance, and be fun! Sheila earned a 200hr certification in yoga from Boston, Massachusetts.
